All of us have expereinced or seen tragic events on television concerning earthquakes, natural disasters, bombings, etc. How have these tragic events impacted and changed your life?
God is doing some serious wake-up calls in this world. None of us are an exception to the rule. The earthquake in Haiti has become very devastating to those who have lost loved ones in Haiti. The 7.1 earthquake hit Haiti in the town of Port-Au-Prince yesterday January 12, 2010. What else do you think it will take to get nations back on their back towards God? What does the Bible say about the end times? “And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.” – Matthew 24:6-7.
Biggest name in the industry , producers ,cameras, reporters, spectators , an environment filled with energy, this describes the atmosphere at the 25 Annual Stellar Awards in the Music City Nashville Tennessee. No better place to have such a spectacular event than the infamous Grand Ole Opry. The Stellar Awards is an annual ceremony showcasing the greatest in gospel music performers. This Music Awards Show honors the contribution of African American to this particular music genre. This pass weekend included pre-shows kick off and after party celebrations.Artist from all over the country grace the Red Carpet and the Stellar in sharp suits and creative ensembles to evening gowns that were jaw dropping. Among them were veterans in the industry, Dr. Bobby Jones who sported Italian made double breast two piece. The Artist Cathy Taylor who was decked in her own creation of impressive purple.
I am pretty sure that by now... the whole has read or heard about Tiger Woods' alledged extra-marital affairs...not the mention that car accident. As believers, we are to forgive those who transgress against us, however, what are your thoughts on this? Are his actions forgiveable? Why or why not? Or does this situation show us more about the human nature of celebrities and sports stars? Why do you think the media makes a big deal when people in the limelight make mistakes?

Released in theaters and the new film from Rich Christiano, Unidentified is the story of a man who states he was abducted by a UFO while driving home on a back road one night in a small Texas town. Two reporters (Jonathan Aube and Josh Adamson) from Both Sides Magazine are sent to investigate.
As a single (divorced) woman of God, I must admit, it has not been easy. I was married for 5 years and use to blame myself when it didn't work out. I will share more of my testimony at a later date. Being single is NOT a curse...it is a BLESSING, ladies. Before most of us had gotten saved, finding (and keeping) a man was simple!
